Ingredients
- 1 quart Tony's Passata
- 3 tablespoons Big T's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 6–8 fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
- Heat Big T's Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add garlic and cook gently until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in Tony's Passata, basil, salt, and optional seasonings.
- Simmer gently for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients
- 2 quarts Tony's Passata
- ¼ cup Big T's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb Italian sweet sausage
- 1 lb meatballs, browned
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8–10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
- Heat Big T's Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add sausage and brown lightly.
- Stir in Tony's Passata, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Add browned meatballs.
